The Gray Cottage is a cute, three-bedroom cottage conveniently located only 1 mile away from the Lake Michigan beach. The cottage features a beautifully landscaped, fenced yard, and a large outdoor deck with patio furniture, picnic table, and grill. An attached 2-stall garage and wide driveway provide plenty of parking. Inside, the cottage is spotlessly clean, light, and airy, with new paint and decorating throughout.
Inside The Gray Cottage, each of the bedrooms has its own decorating theme, from the moonlit master with double bed, to the sailor bunk beds in the second bedroom and the twin trundle bed in the third. The cottage has 1 1/2 baths, a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and air conditioning. NO smoking or pets are allowed.

Enjoy nature and the beautiful scenery by biking along the nearby trail - you'll find bike rentals close by the cottage.
Rates:
The cost for renting The Gray Cottage is $1050 per week plus tax. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to make a reservation for The Gray Cottage. Remaining rent and a damage/cleaning deposit of $100 is due 30 days prior to arrival. The damage/cleaning deposit is returned within 10 days of departure if cottage is left in the same condition it was found.
