You'll find the The Pink Cottage ideally located less than 1/2 mile from the Holland Channel, the Big Red lighthouse, and Holland State Park beach. This cute two bedroom cottage has a private, fenced yard and large outdoor deck with patio furniture, a picnic table, and grill. Located in the Holland State Park "Resort" area, this "Dutch-clean" cottage provides a delightful, cozy place to get away and truly relax.

Inside The Pink Cottage, you'll find a brand-new bathroom along with new windows and doors. The master bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds. A pergo floor, carpeted basement rec room, and central air conditioning make this the perfect vacation spot. NO smoking or pets are allowed.

The Pink Cottage even has wagons to tote your snacks, towels, and toys to the beach. Enjoy nature and the beautiful scenery by biking along the nearby trail - you'll find bike rentals close by the cottage.

Rates:
The cost for renting The Pink Cottage is $850 per week plus tax. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to make a reservation for The Pink Cottage. Remaining rent and a damage/cleaning deposit of $100 is due 30 days prior to arrival. The damage/cleaning deposit is returned within 10 days of departure if cottage is left in the same condition it was found.
